Shipping policy

Shipping Times

We currently only ship to the United States.
All orders are processed within an average of 48 hours for production (excluding weekends and holidays), as many of our items are made to order. This production time is separate from shipping.

Shipping Options:

• Essential Shipping (8–14 business days):
   • $6.95 or complimentary on orders $80 and over.

You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Holiday Shipping

Please note that during the holiday season, shipping times may take longer and vary depending on location. 

If your items haven’t shipped after the 2-3 day standard production time, please contact us at hey@romerrio.com. 

If your items have shipped but your order has not updated in 48-72 hours, please contact the shipping carrier (USPS, FedEx, or UPS).

In-Person Delivery

In-person delivery is strictly limited to those who know at least 1 of the Romerrio Co-Founders and reside in the same city and state as them.

Production

Romerrio products are made to order and will require a standard 2-3 day production time. This does not include or affect shipping time, nor is this time always 100% accurate. Please allow extra time for things like holidays, special sales, etc.
